SANBOARD  fixing clips are essential for securely installing our  XPS ceiling boards to the brandering structure.
 
A clip is inserted into the board edge each time it crosses a brandering support, then fixed in place with a tech screw — use wood screws for timber or self-tapping screws for aluminium.
 
 
It is essential to use the clips, screws, and SANBOARD Ceiling & Cornice Glue together to ensure a strong, durable, and professional ceiling installation.
 
 
Usage Estimate:
You’ll need approximately 3 clips per square metre of ceiling area.
 
 
Example Calculation:
If you're installing 100m² of ceiling:
 
100m² × 3 clips = 300 clips needed

We recommend ordering a few extra clips to allow for offcuts, adjustments, or site handling.
 
Tip:
Notics how the tongue of the one board is cut to allow the screw to be easily screwed in. When you add the second board the clip is then fully concealed aboly the second board.
