Anyone — homeowners, builders, or businesses — can order directly. For orders over 500m², please request bulk national pricing by contacting our sales team or completing the online quote form.

Business customers can provide company details and VAT number and receive an invoice for their accounts teams during the check out process.

We deliver directly to your site, ensuring fast and convenient service.

Returns & Refunds

All SANBOARD™ XPS boards are delivered via trusted national delivery partners, with care taken to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

If any boards are damaged in transit, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange prompt replacement of the affected items.

Customers may cancel orders before cutting begins — and we’ll happily issue a full refund.

As all boards are cut to order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct finish, size, quantity, and allowance for wastage are ordered.

We do not accept returns on correctly supplied or over-ordered boards.
