SANBOARD polystyrene ceilings do more than just look good — they provide effective thermal insulation to help regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy costs. The thicker the board, the higher the insulation performance.
 
In technical terms, this insulating ability is measured by the Thermal R-Value — the higher the R-value, the better the thermal resistance.
