Refunds & Returns
All SANBOARD™ XPS boards are delivered with care taken to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If any boards are damaged in transit notify us within 24 hours and we will arrage collection and replacement.
Customers may cancel orders before cutting begins — and we’ll happily issue a full refund.

1. Can anyone order SANBOARD™ products online?
Yes! Our online platform is open to homeowners, builders, contractors, and businesses nationwide. No trade account is required.
2. Do I need to pay with a credit card?
No. Business clients can request an invoice using their company name and VAT number. Individual customers can pay securely online.
3. How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.
4. Can I return or exchange boards?
Because all boards are cut to order, we cannot accept returns on correctly supplied or over-ordered items. Please double-check finishes, sizes, and quantities (including wastage) before placing your order.
5. What if my order is damaged on delivery?
Inspect your delivery immediately. If any boards are damaged, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange replacements at no cost.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel before we start cutting and receive a full refund. Once production begins, orders are final.
7. Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. For orders over 500m², please contact our sales team or fill in our online quote form for bulk national pricing.
